Biography
My research interest deals with human memory with a particular focus on the following two topics:
- The retrieval of proper names in memory. Naming people is a linguistic ability that is fundamental in human everyday social life. My research is aimed at characterizing the cognitive processing of proper names, in particular personal names.
- Identity and memory. I am interested in characterizing the properties of non-believed memories, i.e. vivid representations that we do not consider to be true memories any longer.
